The Online Rota System
The Online Rota System has been designed to ease the creation of schedules for your organisation.
Focusing on three key areas; rota creation, specific shift requests and annual leave planning, with the optional addition of timesheets, the system brings several processes into one place. Staff can interact with the system to make requests and see their upcoming working pattern whilst the senior team can effectively plan the resources available to them.
Easy to use, yet powerful, configuration options can be utilised to ensure staffing levels meet your requirements and any shortfalls can be identified and covered through the use of automated bank shift creation.
The Online Rota System was designed and developed alongside a large busy Hospice, based on requirements fed directly from those who would use the system within the Hospice environment. Getting buy in from not just the senior team, but the staff on the ground, was key to ensuring adoption of the system.
This approach allowed us to fine tune the system to eliminate common bottlenecks, improve existing processes and ensure the system fit the needs of the Hospice and its staff, rather than them changing to suit the system.
Through regular catch-ups and requests during the time the system is in use, it has been steadily improved to accommodate the differing requirements and use cases that are present in clinical and palliative settings.
Due to our partnership with HQP we are able to offer all the benefits of the Online Rota System at a significant saving as well as including the additional Timesheet module as standard.
No hidden costs, everything clearly laid out at the start. Any improvements to the system, for a partner Hospice, will be available to all partners. Ongoing maintenance covers improvements and updates to the system.
